YDL Updates Problem

Hello,

I have my YDL up and running with no problems....I can surf the web, in fact I'm making this post from my PS3. I cannot for the life of me get YDL to update. I have tried both their updater and the yum and yumex stuff that you have said. For both of them I get this error.

Unable to retrieve update information.

Unable to retrieve software information. This could be caused by not having a network connection available.

What is going on....I obvoiusly have a connection.

you have to set yum.conf in etc ...wadablada-->[Please register to see this link. ]

Yea thanks for the heads up but I have already done that....all of that stuff has been configured correctly, and I still have the problem

im sure you miss someting cause i done that befor and thats working fine for me peace! sry for my eng in french

you have to re edit all the .repo file in yum repos.d and the yum.conf just create new one for repo file and mv -ir command for replace them an cp the yum.conf to your desktop reconfig it and move tem back.

Hey SS, thanks for helping out with the replies here, they are very helpful. If you want, why don't you zip up your yum configure files and upload them to the Downloads section and then we can offer them there to others.
