Trying Memory Card Install of YDL 6.0 - PS3Hax

I'm extracting the files from the DVD ISO of YDL 6.0 and wanted to see if anyone has installed this from a memory card before. My drive is bad atm so I'm without real function to my ps3, so I figured I would get linux going on it so I could at least use it for something :P. Well any help would be great. I will repost any specifice questions, and success I may have installing this distro.

It is possible to run YDL from a memory device. You cannot however install from a memory device. In order to do it you still need a DVD of YDL6. If you want I can tell you what to do to do it for a memory device.

OK, I'm stuck at the kboot now, I am able to mount the Memory card just fine, so Now I need to know where to mount the memory card to and where the install files are located. Thanks for reading

Would be great if you could help me install from the memory card, I tried to goto Yellowdog IRC channel but it was dead...
