no boot-game-os in ydl 5

Has anyone else had this happen?? I get "no such file or directory" when i type it into the terminal with my user and also as root.. just wondering if anyone has had this happen as well, im using ydl 5. any more explanation needed just ask. Thanks

i think your supposed to do it at kboot prompt also if boot-game-os doesn't work try 'game' it works for me but i run gentoo

yea i just tried it in terminal with both commands it doesnt know what im talking about

ill give 'game' a shot, ive got my ydl 6 disc burnt so ill probably be upgrading the distro anyways, "at the kboot" is what i thought as well, but how do you get to the kboot, while you are in ydl, i thought the kboot just shows up at the startup screen.

When you turn on your ps3 and you see the 2 penguins at the top is the kboot itself. The kboot prompt will pop up after it says "sending discover....." 3 times. That is where you type in "boot-game-os" or "game". I have ydl 6 and both commands work fine.

Thanks guys, the upgrade to ydl 6 was really woth the time and energy, It has a boot games os right in the gnome desktop menus saves a bit of time going from one os to the other. Later guys!

also try ps3-boot-game-os, at kboot you need to type sh and hit enter. otherwise it doesn't work
