update 5.0 to 5.0.1 from DVD ? bluetooth?

is there a way to update the current install from 5.0 to 5.0.1 using the DVD?
i dont have internet access here (i am currently considering hooking up my cellphone to the ps3 so that ill have UMTS).

why arent there any good guides for bluetooth mouse + keyboards in linux?
id like to use my mouse/keyboard combo in linux...
