go into your Game OS xmb menu, go to Settings, then System Settings, the scroll down to Default System and select Other OS and then restart your PS3, and it will start into YDL. To get back to game OS, hold down the power button for 5 seconds when you are in Other OS and it will reboot into Game OS.
