vlc troubles
I followed the tutorial on this forum and everything went smoothly....i thought. I tried to play .MOV files, some .avi files and nothing would work. vlc would just open and then close. It does play mp3 files though. Just no video so far. I ran a few command line files to see what if any the errors were. This is what i got for various type files.

.mkv (It actually played this and the sound was great but the video was laggy and distorted, then crashed when i tried to up the post-processing setting)
