true, but I think Sega's biggest problem was themselves....they didn't just have one console, they had many and some were even upgradeable, making game compatibility issues and purchase decisions a headache. They truly did deliver some awesome games though. I think the reason I put more faith in Sony is that they are an Electronics company to the core. They make some truly incredible electronics, and even though their software delivery is sometime less than flattery, there are plenty of people to help fill in the gaps. This is also what I think Microsoft's biggest problem is - outsource the hardware to the cheapest bidder, but try and make top notch software run on it. Without quality hardware....quality software is shit(and don't flame me as I really don't think MS makes quality software).
Anywho, I could go on for days about my views on the gaming industry, but I need to get some sleep. I just got my tax refund so later I'm off to get a PSP slim at Fry's(the square button on ol fatty is starting to stick a lot, and I want TV out, skype, etc.) That was my biggest fear with the PSP: As many PlayStation(and other console) controllers that I have gone through, how long would the buttons actually last(mine lasted almost a full 3 years) *pleasantly surprised*
