Terra Soft selling 80GB PS3 with Yellow Dog Linux pre-installed
Terra Soft now sells the 80GB Playstation 3 with Yellow Dog Linux pre-installed. Up until now, PS3 users had to install the third-party OS at home, but the move to sell units with Linux included should make it easy to get Yellow Dog into the home. The addition to Terra Soft’s hardware line-up will also make it easier for researchers and scientists to order large quantities of Linux supercomputers that also happen to double as Warhawk gaming systems (for those after-work office LAN parties).
