HDMI and Composite

Hi all

I've accidentally change the video output from composite to HDMI
and i have no HDMI input in my TV , since then i can`t see anything
i can go to a friend and connect the ps3 to his TV and change back to composite
but is there any other way to change it back ?

When the ps3 is off just hold down the power button until you hear two beeps. That should do it
