whats a better harddrive to put in the ps3. the most room the highest rpm, or both

i was thinking of the hitachi travelstar 200 gb, 16 mb cache, up to 876mbps transfer rate, 7200rpms and i read that the 7200 is compatible with the ps3 making everything a couple seconds quiker qith everything. a couple seconds is a couple seconds.


anybody have anything on this

I am not familiar with that particular product. However, I can tell you that on any device, the more hard drive cache you have, the better. Faster RPMs are always good too, but the 16 mb cache is the real kickup here. If there was a 32 mb cache with less storage space, I would choose that over the 200g.
