Can we ever see the files on the ps3 from a PC

My ps3 is still messed up so im wondering if i could delete the .tiff from the pc or something.
if u dont know the .tiff is saved to my hard drive.

you need to do a system restore default settings etc. in xmb, and reformat the drive, install other os, and remove it. back up your game saves, pics, music first. No, you can not read the file directory of XMB Game OS, it's direct access is only through the hypervisor.

i tried EVRYTHING. my ps3 is just messed up, either i send it sony or i delete the files from a different source.

there is always changing the hard drive, since warranty is voided that would be a cheaper way to go. i think

hey man try this unscrew the blue screw and remove the hard drive then put it in the pc and right click my computer and goto manage then system drives and you will see the hard drive there convert to dynamic and put it back into the ps3 when you switch on your console it will say hard disk needs to be formatted or cannot begin xmb say yes and that should work rep me k

Buy a 160 gig hard drive and put it in the ps3. Format it. No your .tiff is not the problem, i got more shit on my ps3 and nothing is wrong with it
