Ps3 Not showing Video---At All

Hi I had my ps3 for a while and i woke uo today to play and it doesnt show any video at all. Do you think my motherboard is fried? or something else? I need help asap

Have you checked that the cables were actually connected to the T.V.?

it may be in hd settings on a standard tv... or vice versa... turn it off and try holding the power button until you hear a series of 3 beeps and that will reset the settings.

yea i have everything hooked up. and thanks it was just the settings. thanks for the help. i'm about to shred on some guitar hero
