Replacing 20gb PS3 Bluetooth board with 60gb WiFi

I just replaced my 20gb PS3 BT board with the 60gb version which includes Wifi. Got the board on ebay for $10 and it only took 10 minutes to install. However, the PS3 doesn't acknowledge the Wifi chip.. anyone know of a way to change the firmware or whatever is inside that would run the Wifi?? thanks
