Gran Turismo 5 Prologue won’t Be So Lacking After All
We’ve heard the complaints that Gran Turismo 5 Prologue is nothing more than a glorified demo; a half-assed version of a game that was lacking in more areas than GT fans would like for me to recount here. The $40 price tag only added salt to the wounds.
But it turns out the North American release of the game is going to see a number of features that the Japanese release didn’t, including drift mode, new events, 2-player split-screen, and – most importantly – car tuning.
The simple addition of car tuning goes a long way to making that $40 seem a lot more doable, and now Gran Turismo fans shouldn’t have too much of a qualm with picking the game up next month from retail stores or the PlayStation Network. Even as somehow who isn’t a diehard sim racing fan, I think these new features make the game something I’ll definitely be purchasing.

Same here, I don't see me buying this game, I am not a big fan of racing games in general. I like burnout paradise, but thats about it. I might and this is a BIG maybe, buy it if it has good online.
For me GT was all about graphics. I wasnt a big fan of the car controls and feel. But the game always looked amazing. For me best car game out there is PGR 4. It handles bloody awsome and it looks good as well. Maybe not to the standards of GT but it blow is away with the feel of the cars + it has bikes as well.
nice video... i cant wait until the full edition comes out... i will be locked in my house for about 6 weeks and nobody but playstation will be able to talk to me...
