Do you mean firmware v1.90?

You can update you firmware directly through the menu of the PS3 (Settings -> System Update). The newest firmware is version 2.10.

i have that verson now but i need to upgrade to 1.90 because of the new exploit

In this case you want to downgrade to v1.90.

I am sorry to inform you, but it's impossible to downgrade a PS3. Just wait for a new firmware version from Sony...
