your beating me. I bech 275, no higher, I could but I blast them out. I squat 405 befor the veins on my shoulders start busting and I bruse up. i arm curl 60 lbs 100 times each arm. and do akido push-ups,"lay your hand flat on the back of your hand an then push up. works good for wrist locking styles. I am also a Proud studen of "Grand Master Lacey" I practice the 18 Taoist fist, and Tai Chi Quan daily. I am also a journyman of the Iron palm strikes. i can brute force break 8 bricks with palm strike. (spaced) and 2 unspaced with iron palm wich is like 5 spaced. I can break 7 bords by blade fist. " Remeber the saying, brick dont hit back?!' I have fought 8 figths in 3 weeks and wone 7, i was disqualified on the 8th, for a repeat low blow, the 2nd time I front snap kicked him and i kicked beans. " I helped him up an made suer he was of, shook his hand and concedded defeat." I do no want to have a win if its a dirty one. I am more a training partner than fighter. When had "Dan Henderson" UFC, PRIDE,K1 come in and he and his students liked my help with traing, so I have been asked if I would like to join, but I declined. I have a business to run. Later Guys

oh yeah the bricks are called paving stones. 16 inch long 8 in wide, an 2 inch thick. I also love doing candle work. i can put out a candle frome a little over 1 1/12 foot wit a small plam strike. but trying to get up close and punch it out is hard, my Sifu, can use one finger and practiclt point at it an put out, i wa bullshittting him the other day an put it out with one finher from about 6-8 inches by just snaping my fingers. I thought i was hot shit, then he explained now light it. i was like stewie on family guy "HAH"!

Thats cool. Your teacher is called SIFU too? I studied Wing Chun and a little Jeet Kune Do for a little while, I am teaching myself through books now though. I don't usually bench or power lift, I've been strength training lately. Trying to get the rock hard abs back lol.

I am currently saving up for a Wing Chun dummy, myself. I play sticky hands with my closest friends. I have also started playing Stick Bo/Staff. Man that is fun, some young punck showing off with a staff. I would just ask them if they would like to spar some with a staff and each time put them down or push them away with there own energy. Please by all means try Sticky Staff, even if your no good. It will Help you learn howto use one. The method is to slowly disarm, not to strike or hurt. I usaly go against placers in tournies, they all seem to what to show power and or technique. Slowly step up and cross staffs and just slowly sidestep and puch them away. Pisses lots away. So much they may even try to get a cheap shot in. Its woth a laugh and a very funtime.
