not much anymore, I got and had an addiction, to EAS Phospaghen. EAS= Experamental Sciences. and I got all buff and my body began to start to prodouce less Creatine than normal. I have a very hard time keeping the fat off. More so I have lost some body mass but nothing tooo bad. SO word to the wise, too much of a good thing can be bad!

Ahh. So im assuming the stuff you were taking was creatine instead of just protien powder?

I don't take anything but MegaMAN multivitamins and I can lift a small car with my legs (bout 535lbs), lol... bout 325 bench press... eh, I don't get out to the gym as near as much as I used to though, I need to get rid of this bear gut lol...
