Codebreaker on PS3 - PS3Hax

How do I get the CodeBreaker to work on PS3? It recognised the disk, but after I switch discs and load a save it freezes. I know I did it once, but I loaded up the wrong save point and restarted it. Now I can't figure out what I did. I have 10.0 if that makes a diff. Thanks.
