PS3UPDAT.PUP Unpacker (Does it show PS3 Firmware Source Code?)

Hello. I was wondering if the PS3UPDAT.PUP Unpacker shows any firmware source. If not, what does the PS3UPDAT.PUP Unpacker show exactly? I think my team would love to reverse-engineer the binaries (if any.) Thank you.

I know I would. It would take at least 100 times faster than writing CFW by hand all from scratch.
