last os that i used was live cd from ubuntu

now i cant get back to xmb wit boot-game-os

before kboot: he say

"no default root fs was found, you can enter the shell here with 'sh' exeting will return you to this prompt. in the shell you can mount your rootfs as /nnt/root/.

reasons this may have happend include:

- no drive with a rootfs was found
- your rootfs does not have a correct volume lael of '/'
- your rootfs is corrupt (use the rescue cd to fix this)"


some one help me plz what must i do?
