I just bought seagate external hard drive 400GB from bestbuy and when i got home thing doesnt read NTFS on ps3. Which sux also that the windows xp doesnt let you format FAT32 and after looking for forums i've read alot people also having problems trying to format. The only solution that people find is to use a mac to format to FAT32 but i figure it out how to format to FAT32 in windows xp without splitting the storage or without using a mac.
