---Step 3:
Download file I and II.
Extract and copy all the files from file I to "Computer" (on desktop) -> File System -> etc -> yum.repos.d
---Step 4:
Extract all files from file II to your desktop. And go the /rpms/RPM/ on your desktop.
Just select all the *.rpm files. And press on the [Enter] key. Enter your root password and press on [Enter].
A window will open. Click on Apply.
---Step 5:
Log in with you normal username.
Download file III
Install it (same as step 4).
Now you can run VLC from Applications -> Sound & Video -> VideoLAN
