XBMC on the ps3 would make me a happychappy. I still got my trusty xbox next to the ps3 to play the files that ps3 cant handle. Also there are a lot of really good streaming extensions (joox, stage6) for xbmc.
I've already installed xbmc on my mac. So far it looks promessing.
